Really enjoyed my great stay at this hotel and would come there again. Everything was great from staff, who were affable, to the incredible location. I was given beautifully maintained and huge room with very comfy bed.

It has incredible setting in the middle of the city.

My room had everything I needed - an electric kettle for my daily cuppa ☕, central heating to keep me cozy, and even an iron for my wrinkled clothes.

I liked the room, the bed was very comfy.

The location was particularly good easy to walk to from the train station and the staff here was understanding and polite. Appreciated a flat screen TV, a seating area, and ironing facilities in the room.

Central position close enough to the centre of Edinburgh, the Old Town, and a shop.- Tried some takeout specials at The Chippy by Spencer.- Luckily it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.I had a great time at this guest house. Convenient Location 📍

This place has a great location, being close to the city center, the Old Town, and Princes Street. You won't have to go far to explore the city. Plus, the food here is plentiful and tasty.

I was here for 3 days and would come here again. The staff was very kind and lovely. The location was good and excellent: it took about 15 minutes to reach the downtown. You could walk to a bakery and shops.
